Terms & Conditions

Last updated: May 2025

1. Use of this website

By accessing inferencehub.life you agree to these terms. The site is provided for information about InferenceHub Technologies Inc. and its model-serving and MLOps services. You agree not to misuse the site or attempt to disrupt its operation.

2. Accuracy of information and prices

We take care to keep information current, but content, solution descriptions and indicative prices in Canadian dollars (CAD) are provided for general guidance and may change without notice. Indicative prices are not binding offers; a final scope and fee are confirmed in a written agreement.

3. Enquiry process

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. It allows us to understand your serving requirements and prepare a deployment proposal. Any engagement begins only once a separate written agreement is signed by both parties.

4. Cancellation

Cancellation terms for active projects are set out in the applicable engagement agreement. Where no agreement is in place, enquiries may be withdrawn at any time at no cost.

5. Nature of AI and IT services

Our services involve software, data, infrastructure and artificial-intelligence systems. We deliver them with professional care but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and the outputs of AI and inference systems should be reviewed by qualified personnel. Nothing on this site constitutes legal, financial or medical advice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, InferenceHub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Liability for our services is governed by the limitations set out in the relevant engagement agreement.

7. Separate contract recommendation

We recommend that all projects be governed by a detailed written contract covering scope, deliverables, service levels, timelines, fees and responsibilities. These website terms do not replace such a contract.

8. Payments and refunds

Fees for services are invoiced in Canadian dollars (CAD) as set out in the engagement agreement. Refunds, where applicable, follow the terms of that agreement.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, graphics, logos and images — is owned by or licensed to InferenceHub and may not be reproduced without permission. Ownership of project deliverables and trained models is defined in the relevant engagement agreement.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. The courts located in Montreal, Quebec have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer protections.

11. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected] or 1250 René-Lévesque Blvd W, Suite 2200, Montreal, QC H3B 4W8, Canada.
